You’re Invited!
Join us for a short walking tour of Inviting Light sites in the Charles North neighborhood of the Station North Arts District, during the October SNAD Art Walk!
Learn more about the Inviting Light sites and installations, get behind-the-scenes updates, and experience the creative lighting research and design throughout Station North that serves as a foundation for this project.
We’ll gather at 6:00pm for happy hour at the Showroom Bar on the first floor of Motor House at 120 W North Ave (yes, there is a front entrance to the bar on North Ave)
Then, at 6:30pm (after sunset) we’ll head out and walk down Maryland Ave, turn left on Lanvale, walk north up Charles, and back around to the North Ave Market, on North Ave and MD Ave.
Schedule: Friday, Oct 10
6:00pm: Meet at the Showroom Bar at Motor House, 120 W North Ave
6:30pm: Leave for the walking tour
7:30pm: End at North Ave Market, 30 W North Ave
It will be dark close to 6:30pm, please dress appropriately and wear comfortable shoes. We will be walking at a leisurely pace, stopping at each site to share info, and observing light along our path.

4. Ways to further engage in Inviting Light
